The Manici 132 project, which carries the traces of traditional village architecture in the Assos region, consists of a total of 15 detached houses. Built using local stone materials, these homes aim to combine the comforts of modern living with glass-enclosed living spaces, offering a unique blend of aesthetics and functionality.
The use of glass greenhouses in the project allows abundant natural light to enter the interiors, bringing the green landscape inside the homes. This reduces the need for artificial lighting throughout the day, promoting energy savings and creating brighter, more vibrant living spaces. The glass greenhouses facilitate the integration of the outdoor natural landscape with the interior, enabling users to maintain a continuous connection with their environment. This design choice contributes not only to aesthetic concerns but also promotes a nature-compatible and sustainable lifestyle.
Each house is equipped with its own garden and pool area. The gardens feature functional layouts with vegetable patches, fruit trees, and plants that support sustainable living principles and enhance ecological balance. The management of these natural areas reinforces the project’s environmental responsibility while providing both aesthetic and functional cohesion.
